Research Interests
Research interests primarily focuses on the use of analytical and experimental methods for:
- The use of environmentally-friendly gas mixtures for high voltage switching.
- Corona-stabilisation.
- Flashover behaviour of solid-gas interfaces, with particular emphasis on the effect of suboptimal environmental conditions.
- Statistical analysis methods for high voltage technologies.
- HVAC, HVDC and impulsive plasma generation and control
- Pulsed power applications
